Contribution and merger appraisal

In Marrakech, Accura Advisory acts as contribution and merger auditor, to assess the value of contributions in kind when a company is incorporated or increases its capital, and the fairness of the exchange ratio in mergers or demergers.
Our independent engagement secures the transaction, protects the interests of shareholders and third parties, and ensures compliance with Moroccan regulatory requirements.

A complete engagement that meets legal requirements
We carry out a careful valuation of contributions in kind (movable property, real estate, business assets…) and of any special benefits granted to certain shareholders. In a merger, we check the fairness of the share exchange ratio. All our procedures meet the standards of the Order of Chartered Accountants and protect the trust of shareholders, investors, banks and authorities, in compliance with the regulations in force in Morocco.
